Because SOMEBODY has to live here.
This, my friends, is the sunburn I got after six hours of weeding.
James: We live at altitude honey.
Me: We had snow on the ground two weeks ago!

Never underestimate the power of the sun.
Ouch… He he he…oh, that is too funny! Well, not really funny, but you know what I mean. That is something I would do too. On a more serious note, I hope it’s not too bad a burn!
Yep, I know exactly what you mean! I mean, forgive me for not jumping from snow to sun block quite fast enough . And no, it’s not too bad anymore.
Oh, I’m so sorry. That looks absolutely painful! I hope you have lots of aloe vera gel on hand…
Ouch! I hope you put lots of aloe vera on it!
@Marly – lots of oatmeal lotion, did not have aloe vera gel and was too lazy to go shopping. Sigh.
@Teena – it seemed to heal pretty well with tons of regular soothing lotion.
LOL…I have the exact same sunburn except there is a white patch down the middle of my back from my ponytail!
Sorry…it is hard for us Northerners to get over the fact the spring just left like 5 minutes ago! Kim
I know! We literally went from very cold to scorching hot in two weeks. The mind does not adjust so fast.
Ouch! The sun can fool us all — some of the worst sunburns come on overcast days. That sneaky UV light!
