It's the one advantage of globalization and life in the city. I love learning about another culture's dishes. I really enjoy trying new cuisines, but most of the time have no clue where to start. And it's much nicer to start slowly, like you said, so as not to overwhelm the taste buds right from the beginning. Thanks for sharing all this great info. Looking forward to part two.
